Uh, this is a (for sale ad) for a car..........
Please start another thread and another topic to voice your opinions since this thread has been stampeded enough.....please.....thank you.....just a little respect would be nice instead of hijacking the living crap out of the ad for a bickering match.

Please email any questions to geckoass@alloymail.com as indicated in the ad.
I've got about 30 emails for "Is there a clear title?" among other questions.
I don't know, I'm just listing this for a friend.

damn id do anything in the wourld for a 70 challenger in any shape. thats my all time dream car if i had the money i would seresly jump all over this car. 1800 isint bad at all on a 70 in any shape.

Personally i think its a fair price if it was closer i would give it new home, its only metal and yes it can be fixed six months work into that car and you could pull ten time that price out of it.

cudaspaz i think u need to get me a deal on that challenger and that sweptline truck we talked about a wile back. is it the same owner?

wow, you too huh, ive always wanted a challenger but couldnt afford one. Either to build a vanishing point clone or a clone of the first muscle car i rode in....70 challenger RT 440, plum crazy, slapstick, insanly fast......whenever a deal like this happens its halfway across the country from me. Somebody is going to get a great deal. again...wish it was closer, it would be mine

As far as price, that is a VERY good price for an E-body. Obviously, none of you have priced out an E-body lately, you cant find anything under $10K. If I had the cash right now, I would be driving to Georgia to pick it up.

Thanks, I've been seeing it in just about every for sale ad post recently.
I'm all for supportive or positive comments, but maybe the for sale ad's should be locked and not able to reply to since some people don't have the maturity to be responsible enough to keep from interjecting turmoil into a for sale ad.
Shame that the for sale ads need babysitters.

If frogs had wings……….
Uh, I’m in Georgia.
Step up to the plate and save the car yourself.

And by the way, these aren’t “rants” they are “bumps”.

I’ll stand by my later “apology".
I also keep my A bodies.
Barrett Jackson is another discussion.

Signed,
Just another A hole that doesn’t matter.

Factory A/C car to boot, if only I was closer, I dig the factory A/C cars.

If people didn't reply it wouldn't get moved to the top, but you are right people should show more respect for someones ad and only reply positively so that the ad gets moved to the top with respect.

Like mom used to say, "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all".

Chuck

Chuck is correct again.
You would know if the price was too high sooner or later.
(Whether it is or not is obviously debatable).
But your ad could languish a week though if no one said anything about it.
Maybe you would prefer that?
Ones like that are easy to find..
We have all seen them here.
Sooner or later the person will ask.

To paraphrase Thumper: If you can’t write something nice, don’t write anything at all?

Giving someone a bump or an honest opinion shouldn’t label someone as an A hole.
It devalues the term and dilutes it for the real A holes.
(you know who you are)
Good luck on the car.

Well, I'm NOT(edit) sure exactly where you are located, but I'm about 45 min from Atlanta, and Dallas is about 1.0 hours from me.

I've never traveled to Dallas from Atlanta so it may not be too far from Atlanta.

Do a mapquest search for Paulding county and that will give you a good idea.

i just has a empty trailer all the way from macon Ga to king nc, damn i wish i had the money to have gone and picked this challenger up :(

Mopar kid, what would your buddies say about that challenger if you bought it?
I know what they said about your A body.

If only it was close to Calif I'd want it, Theres nothing there that can't be fixed or replaced I've seen worse. Even being a 318 car it has potential to be a good street car. As I tell the wife if when I see a mopar that has seen way better days, I tell her what a great car it would be with some work. This one still has alot of life left in it. I was spoiled in my younger days with a 1970 Challenger RT/SE and then a Ho Hum 1973 Challenger Rallye so I do have a soft spot for these as well as A-Body's,B-Body's etc.
