Parking Lift or Lifts????
The lift I have is a double park. I've had the lift up and down thousands of times with no problems. During the winter months I use it for storage. I would defiantly get the drip trays and jack cradle. Don't know if you could use the wheels to move it around or not but it is hard to move it as the car must be on the lift for the wheels to work. In reality you need at least a 10 foot ceiling height to put the car all the way up.
I also have a no name brand lift in my storage garage and it only has a 9 foot ceiling and I have a Daytona (fwd) and my Lebaron convertible under and it barely fits.
