What to do about 5 on 4" stud pattern wheels?

In small bolt pattern (4") you can get steel wheels with caps, rallyes, turbine (I'm attaching a photo of the turbines and the Hustlers), slotted mags, Cragar mags, Outlaws, Hustlers....all kinds of options actually!
