Any console shifters for sale??
I should have an extra shifter here but not finding it. There is a daisy chain of pieces between the factory shifter assmbly itself and the trans.
I dont mean to highjack your thread but I have a reletive question for anyone watching... Should I carry samples of all those pieces to the fab shop for quote on reproducing them. The 2 piece console mounting brackets for manual consoles went better than expected. More or of those are in production. The shifter stands for automatics have been slow and moved to back burner because of the above question.
In other words will the shifter stand alone help without all those linkage pieces ?
p.s. If anyone is interested in altering a factory shifter to accept a different knob. We do that too.
BMW knob shown. You must supply the knob of your choise.
