1996 haulmark enclosed trailor $4000

just putting the word out for my brother hes got a 1996 haulmark enclosed car trailor he bought last year put new brakes and tires all the way around took it to the mopar nats. and hasnt used it sence. its 8 1/2 x 20' dual axle, if you have any questions let me know i can find out from him. he's looking to get $4000.00 for it.
