1970 Fuse box accessory fuse?

Got my dash out of my 70 Swinger, currently tidying up the harness, question my fuse fuse box doenst have an have an "accessory" fuse.
It's is missing and so is the clip to put it into, got a feeling that was an option that I don't have, that means only 5 fuses.
Does this seem right?
