Replace those bushings for Sure ! Then Realign it. Trying to align a door with "sloppy" hinges just never works.
Trick of the Day: If you are about to remove ANY Body Panel (and it fits) Just drill a few 1/8" holes before unbolting for quick EASY realignment. I.E. If i were doing doors, I'd drill a top n bottom hole on each body side hinge, then drill a top n bottom on the door side. You'll Never miss align it again ! And you could allways hide the hole later with some body seam sealer and a bit of touch up paint.
