I have a 6.1 in my 68' Dart, about 75% done.

what did you use for a tranny what headers are those. will headers from a la engine work?

i think 904 and 727 transmisions for smallblocks fit perfectly may need a special flexplate but not sure..
i think its only TTI making headers for newstyle hemis in a bodys... hooker has for b and e bodys

correct me if iam wrong

"duster 340" is right on the money. I used a Keisler 4 speed auto and would not recommend it... nothing but headaches with it.
tti headers had to be modified too. Sometime soon I'll be putting everything on a web site for all to see.

Where did you get the new style K frame and what would I have wrapped up in one?

Just the standard Alterkation set up with Wilwood six piston calipers.

Mine was somewhere around 5 g's but I was able to trade for it.

I bought a wrecked 2006 SRT8 and sold many of the parts to offset the cost of my project. It was a gamble but it paid off and I am still selling parts.

I doing this samething to my 68 Dart too... Mine will be ready to fire by mid Feb 2008. http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=27710

Sounds great! I hope it all goes well for you. i hope to be fired up by then too. I am am just starting to do final assembly, wiring, brakes and fuel. Working by myself is problematic and time consuming. For some reason I thought this would be going a lot faster... guess I have been watching to many Hot Rod TV shows.
