One thing that's got me thinking is the Milodon gear drive. They cost almost $400 and this one is pretty much brand new (in terms of miles on it). I may use it in another project and buy a new double roller setup for this motor.

I pretty much agree with the others: $750 - $950 or so. As for the gear drive, if you have any thoughts of using it on a future project, just keep it and throw in a quality chain / gear set with the deal. The gear drive though "nearly new" is still a used piece and even though it costs about $400 today, I don't think it will allow you to get anymore for the setup anyway. In other words, the gear drive is probably worth more to you than it is to someone else.
