Looks like i'm gonna be the new parts runner for the local Autozone, not really sure if i'll like working for a big chain store but at least it's something for now until i find something better.
At least i won't really have to deal with the general public and i get to beat on the company truck!:snakeman:

A little money is better than no money :-D It'll be okay for awhile, unless the boss and other workers are a$$holes. Who knows, maybe soon that will be your store

Congrats man on the new job!
Sure, it might not seem like a whole lot, but a job is a job...

Nice Scamp too!

Being a parts runner gets you out and about. And you can make contacts with shops that might have a job opening or know somebody else that does. I got my job at the dealer when I towed a car to them and mentioned the Plymouth Troubleshooting Contest that I was in while in high school. They made 1 phone call to my auto shop teacher and that was all it took.

I don't know about you guys and your neck of the woods but in Northern New Jersey newspaper want add pages went from 4 or 5 pages to 1/2 a page during the past year.
