I need to rebuild my front susp. Who do I choose-PST-just suspensions, or somebody else?
I need all rubbers, bushings, ball joints (should get torsion bars but those can wait)

I got all my stuff at the local Shur-Fit and APM. I stayed with the rubber stuff as I didn't want to deal with the poly stuff squeeking.

Like mama said...always use rubbers!!!!

Polys will disapoint...much adieu about nothing! Moog OEM Rubber!!!!!!!

If you're really stuck on poly's make sure you lube the snot out of them! Syn disc brake lube works good.

Hi. I got all mine at NAPA, kind of had to because I work there. And I agree with the others forget poly stuff just use rubber. Bobby

I hate to dissagree, I used the poly kit from PST. No squeaks. Can't tell yet but its supposed to be better than the rubber.

I have a poly-graphite kit from PST. I got one of the big kits, and they got it out to me quick. I noticed a difference in the ride as being a little bit more responsive, but that could also be from just having bushings where I'm supposed to and not having everything metal to metal. And also I have no squeeking issues either, might have something to do with using alot of pure silicone grease. Buy one of the tool kits and save yourself some money, instead of giving it to the machine shop, you can get more tools.

I use poly bushings. No squeak, little more precise steering. Since most mail order places don't name names, I went to a MOOG supplier for the joints. The jounce and rebound bumpers are rubber.
If you're buying tools, be advised that the upper ball joint screws in on the A-body. Some repair manuals say they press in. The pre-73s use a smaller joint than the later cars (same as B-body). I had to use a super long cheater bar to get mine out. I don't recommend using a ratchet handle on the socket (yes, love those lifetime tool warranties).
