That car has been for sale at least 4 months. Not a bad price if it was in the rust belt. About 2X what it should sell for out here, IMHO.

That's almost as much as I gave for my matching numbers 1970 Swinger 340, 4 speed 2 years ago. My car isn't green either... LOL

I hear ya. The ad claims that it's restored. If so, not a bad price. I didn't realize it's been advertised for 4 months now. If that's the case, then there may be more to it that's not being said.
