Custom center console!!
maybe once my car is done I'll start making them, but for now u'll have to settle for the plans/measurements..and besides the thing is ugly underneath, if I was to sell them it would have to be a TRUE bolt in piece... as for the seats 99-00 dodge avenger, and yep, they bolt right in *** :angry7: (after 10hrs of making brackets and spacing them correctly and then using the driver side as templates and having to cut 2 of the passenger mounts out after realizing that the trans hump is closer to the passenger side than the drivers side.....:angry7::angry7::angry7: ) I have heard that neon seats fit but don't quote me on that..
I didn't have a set of factory brackets to mock up with or I would have built the console around them. Probably would have been less trouble in the long run as "someday" I want to move to floor shift.
I've spent tons of trips to the local yards looking for readily available "stuff" that could be slightly modified to fit our abodies, but whenever I find something I really like it doesn't fall into the "slightly modifiable" category (see seats)
