Now that's interesting. I thought all A-body rear ends were the same width. Seems you can gain almost 2" tire clearance by just changing to a '73-76 7.25 or 8.25 rear end, or any A-body 8.75.
Yah Darwin, that's why I had no problems taking the son's 8.75 from the Duster and slapped it right under the old 7.25 69 Signet..Pirches and everything the same line right up. And could add larger tires..Cool
