1974 Dodge Colt????
I had a 74 Colt in the 70`s when the oil embargo fiasco was going on. She was sort of a mustard yellow and had a smogged down 2000cc 4 cyl. that was a total POS. It`s no wonder people wanted to yank those engines and drop in 340`s. I thought of it myself after seeing some at the racetrack. As some mentioned already a lot of the big guys were stuffing Hemis in the Colts and Arrows and due to their short wheelbases they were hard to control. They didn`t last too long. Some are still around though, here`s a picture I took a couple months ago at Va. Motorsports Park, I believe this was a 440 car. Here`s an Arrow too.
