DODGE VAN 318 - 360 -400 - 440 can i use it

I think $400 is too much for a used junk yard 360 that you can't hear run. Also, make sure the motor still turns and is not seized up. You might want to drop the oil pan and look up in the cylinders to check for cylinder wall scuffing and rust.
