That is simply stereotyping of the worst kind, no matter what. I don't care what part of the country you are from or whatever the circumstances, you must've been caught speeding and/or Gawd knows what else (child support? Puhleez!) to have developed this "opinion." Cops generally speaking, have my highest respect for the difficult and dangerous jobs they do for relatively low pay.
