Wiper motor removal

Yup, just take off the 7/16 nut on the linkage, pop the linkage off and 3 nuts in the engine bay.

The nut shouldnt be that tight and is regular thread, not left handed.

Thanks - Is there a secret to hold the wiper levers as they move when trying to lossen the nut?
And - I would imagine they then need to be in the correct position when re-installing. Wipers at rest on the windshield would be my guess.
