Glad I found this site! I just picked up a 71 dart, solid body, no eng or trans. VIN shows a V8 car (318) so the 340 and 727 sitting out back now have a home.

I had a few mopars back in the day, best one was a 70 Cuda, plum crazy 340, 4spd, 3.55posi, etc. Can't get a Cuda and finally talked my friend out of the 340, then found the Dart. Now I just have to get it back together!

Not alot of Folks in Wyoming, so I'll be coming to you guys questions that'll range from dumb to difficult. There are some Awesome cars here!

welcome to the coolest site for Mopar A bodies on the net. any questions you got just ask someone will respond and youll be on your way to gettin your 71 Dart road ready. btw i just bought a 318 out of a 71 Dart. pretty built. what years the 340 ill trade ya so we got correct years. lol and whats the 5th letter on your vin??

Thanks guys! I'm learning alot just reading posts. Heck, I've even picked up a 69 dart gt parts car already. It was a rollover in 86, but still has all the GT emblems, plus all the mounts and little hardware and brackets,etc that I was missing.

See how fast I'm learning! LOL

Welcome Wykev.I,ve only been on this site for a couple months and have gotten answers from posts before I had to ask anyone.Loads of info. from guys that know their stuff.Great site for any beginner
