Radiator shroud

Brought a re-pro radiator shroud a while ago for my 70 340 dart. My question is what type of hardware is used to install it to the rad? Pics would be great.

If it's a stock-type shroud, it attaches using 4 bolts (2 on each side) with captured large-diameter washers. The bolt holes are in the shroud.
