The factory ones were $30-k at one point and about $15-k for a basic unit.
I just could not swing that kind of overhead.
Brinson co was selling knock offs for $10-k for years to the independent guys, and for the past year or so, there have been cheap chinese knock of of these but with lot's of issues.
This one is cheap and also can be updated with factory MB software, and I think this guy has the angle on the market and I wanted to get one while the getting was good.
He's sold ton of them with lotsa good feedback.
You can't imagine how much work I have turned down because I did not have one of these suckers.
Hopefully now I can expand a bit.
