PLEASE HELP!!! I cant find one!!!!

I DESPERATLY need a driver side door latch assembly for my 1974 dodge dart swinger and i cant find one (new, used, or repo) anywhere!!!!!

i can open it from the inside but to get in, well, crawling in through the passenger side is getting REAL old!!!!!

Just checking if you know about the adjuster?
There is an allen socket accessable near the latch assy at the back of door, through a 1/4 inch hole
Loosen it and push the thumb button a few times, release button, tighten and it might just work again. A little WD40 wouldn't hurt.
 
i checked that but there is a little "nub" on the assembly and it's kinda L shaped, well the L broke and i need to replace the whole thing, thanks for the suggestion though!!!!
 
Would one from a '74 Duster work?
