value question on 69 Barracuda

My boss has a 69 Barracuda notchback... pale yellow in color... following options: 318, A/C, 4-speed, 8.75 rear end, 3.23 Suregrip, buckets, console, black interior, and the Mod Top option.... what would the value of this be when restored ?
 
depends on the quality of the resto,and the amount of parts and the level of resto you wish to do.A freind just finish a 1970 340 6 pack 4 speed T/A,with no holds barred done to the car,the car is valued at over 100,000,and some 20,000 dollars spent on the body work.and we put it back to gether.So please tell us the limit of what you wish to do,and the level you wish to go to,Mrmopartech
 
my car is only worth $990 :( high end is worth $3k which i would never get in its current condition.
 
my 68 shows $6,075 low ball price
$12,083* average retail and
$20,790 high retail ...they must be high cuz I wouldn't sell it for that
