Holley 3310

I have a holley 750 v.s .I,m going to change the plate in back with the conversion kit so i can jet up,also change p.v from 3.5 to 5.5.Does anyone have experience with this setup.I,m running a stroked 340(372)X heads pt and pol. xe284h cam,rpm air-gap,MSD 6al,headders,4 speed,with a 4.10gear,26.5x10x15 slicks.Any help would be appreciated before i get into it.Thanks
