(For Sale?) Hello VIVIAN!! 1967 Barracuda Fastback resto.

Now a few posts previous to this one I had stated that I had to put the old girl aside for a while, this is true so take a look at my new adventure. I bought her out of consignment, a thirteen thousand dollar Audi for the lump sum of four grand, the plan is to put a motor in her and sell the six thousand pound sedan! Make about three grand off of the deal and dump some more money into the Cuda. I can’t wait to get this project finished! If you look at the pics it will show the incompetence of the service technicians who preformed the 75K PM on the car. These supposedly ASE certified technicians timed the timing belt to the rotation wrong! In the end all exhaust valves tapped the heads of every cylinder, awesome sound I am sure! So let’s fix her up with a new engine and sell the piece of engineering. Great car just not for me, it’s better to have money in my pocket for the Cuda. I don’t mean to down these technicians an irregular amount but they do work for Audi and the fact that a simple timing belt replacement tripped tem up just shows that if I ever need a blue collar job after college my job security is safe. I know there are competent men and women out there but these mechanics were at best “part changers” not suitable for ASE certification.
