I have not been back to florida in 35 years.
Can yall say " Strawberry fields in Dover " Ouch :-D

I can see a long row of strawberry from here.:angry7:

I spent 8 seasons there picking for Glenn Williamson.
Its a nice state and allot going on but I just have some
memories that are good and bad.
Its got to be fun to live down there though :-D

I just joined up (being as I just got a 70 Dart Swinger), but I'm surprised there aren't more South Florida people here. Its a shame, cause I need help with the car.

I'm from Miami, and you don't see a lot of A-bodies down here. I only know of two, and one of those is in its major reconstruction phase (mine).

Citrus county here !

Hi everyone, i'm new to forabodies.com, i live in Jacksonville, FL and am currently rebuilding a 71 Duster with the help of a donor 74 duster. I have some pics in my photo gallery so take a look if you want. and anyone local that needs help or wants help with their cars i'm here so write me a message.

Hi Guys! I'm living here in sunny Winter Springs! About 45 minutes north of the big mouse. Transplanted from Massachusetts almost 10 years ago. I moved here for better weather and a longer car season.

I bought my '74 Scamp back in Massachusetts in July of 2000 in "beat-up daily driver" condition. I took it all apart in 2003 and had it painted. Put it back together and had it on the road through 2004-2006.

April of 2006 I had a dash fire at the ammeter. :( Last month I pulled it out, started wiring repairs, replaced the fuel tank and sender. I took it out for a ride yesterday, and although it will still need some work, I'm back on the road!

Would love to hook up with like-minded mopar and/or A-body enthusiasts here in the greater Orlando area!

You might try looking at http://72challenger.proboards.com. They are a new group trying to get off of the ground. Mostly MOPAR people and all good people. JR Goodman, owner of the Orange/Black Challenger that Foose built at SEMA, set up the site and loves to go to shows. Really nice guy who loves to show his car.

We will try to do what we can in the main sections, but the regional section can see limited posts. Give a shout out for the helping hand.

I'm in Floral City in Citrus County, central west coast. I travel with Don Garlits on his summer tours. We're leaving for Richmond, VA next Thursday morning.:cheers:pat

It is fun to live here Mike, except for the rainy season...........

I NEVER drive my Mopars in the rain.......if I see droplets on my windshield, I'm runnin' for cover........

I took the Demon to Old Town in Kissimmee for a Saturday Night Cruise.....Lots of fun......until we saw the black cloud coming from the west........before we could even react, we heard the thunder and saw flashes.........There we were, stranded at the cruise, and the heaven's opened up.......I have NEVER seen such a storm in my life..........felt like the roof was gonna be crushed by the force of the rain..........After waiting 45 minutes, we had no choice but to drive her out of there......................Sorry ol' girl. She got a real bath goin' home on I-4.

No doubt pastortom1, we've been getting slamed here in Pinellas Co. all week. We do need it though, but no room to work when the car is in the garage. I havn't been to Old Town in a while, love the candy shop.
