Apparently so, MoParGod is dead on, I don't want to weld on new to existing rust. And at this point my options are open (have a few in the pan so to speak) which includes fabricating my own floor, but I wish to drive this thing on the street as well as the track at some point so I'd prefer to get a full unit from a non-encrusted donor.
