For the sake of discussion - What is most important 2 u?
In my case budget has to be the #1 factor in my '69 Dart build. But at the same time, I've always operated under the philosophy of "Just because you're lowbuck doesn't mean you have to look lowbuck".
It may take a bit longer (or sometimes quite a bit longer) but you can make or break your project with the time and effort you're willing to put in.
It's all about the details.
