Duster & Dart Sport Fold down seat Dress up package

From the start I did the wheel house since it gets glued on so no glue would get on anything it should not.
bare wheel well

I made a pattern out of paper since the old carpet was not still 100%.
and cut out some 80/20 loop

yes it is a crazy shape
After test fitting I had to add some since parts of it were uncovered doing it the way the factory did it.
I am the guy that goes the extra mile so having it not 100% covered would not do.
Being short was due to carpet needing to be in 2 places at once But it was not due to me cutting short the carpet.
So extra carpet was added by seaming it on with 3-M contack and a spare piece as a back up as seaming tape.

Next I sprayed glue on the carpet and the wheel house and after dry installed it.

I also made my wheel house carpet go way forward to cover all the wheel house. The factory was not as concerned as I was about looks.
I also used a spare piece of plush to get it the right distance from the quater panel

In this pic you can see why the factory used Molded carpet like the front and rear set. It needs to conform to the truck floor. I went and did it 2 parts and had the edges surged like the side of the floor for a clean look

I used 3-M glue to put install the loop and plush carpet on the plywood divider

The Hard plasic jack cover yes I restored it with the same type pad as it was when new even though no one will ever see it
Also the jack assembly is realy that nice and not redone.

And a shot of straight threw from inside the car with it all open
