70 Duster/parts

If you're in the phila pa area and interested in rough '70 duster let me know. My buddy put a deposit on one and has since purchased a demon. he only gave the owner a depost, so the owner is going to sell it. I looked at it over the summer and it's rough. I would classify it as a parts car. The owner is asking $400.
