Will this intake/carb work on my 273?

Just cruising the local Craigslist real quick after doing my valve adjustment on my 273, and came across this package:

Its:

• An aluminum Edelbrock "Performer" 4-barrel intake for a 318 / 340 / 360 V8 (non-EGR) - $209 new from Summit, $100
• An Edelbrock "1406" 4-barrel 600 cfm carburetor - $286 new from Summit, $140

Will this setup fit my later model 273 (with the angled intake bolts?)

I'd like to pick it up, but I'm not sure if it'll work.
