35 dollar part UPS first $100 is FREE and it has FREE TRACKING . as long as it's under 100 and not packed by a UPS Store they will just pay the claim .
the bad is they ppay the shipper so if he is making excuses and such to be gin with GOOD LUCK getting refunded .
