ID and aprox value running 440/727 ?

DS is right about checking the crank directly.
Nowadays you cant go by the year built, many have been swapped.
I bought a 74 datecoded 440 from a truck that has a forged crank.
Right now I can buy a running cast crank 73 440 w/727, pullys included.
Guy is asking 450.00
