So who in here races a 318?

I have a 67 barracuda fastback thta I take to the track a few times a year. Its a 318 .030 over, hughes engines heads, 1.94/1.60 valves, performer rpm airgap, demon 750 annular mechanical, with 1' open spacer, headers, engle cam [email protected], roller rockers, 904 trany, w manual valve body, 4.10 gears, auburn posi, caltracs, holley electric fuel pump, many fiberglass components..Runs 13.07 @ 102.7 time slips show 12.98 is in it under right conditions.......60 ft. 1.75 best....shift at 6,000 through traps at 5900..
want to change to a 4.30 in the future.....

You did not say what your compression or lift is but.....my thoughts?.....keep the gears you have and put a Clay Smith C-304-6-B solid cam in it. It's 258 at .050" and .525" lift with a hot lash of .024" using 1.5 rockers. You'll probably run 12.50's.
Just a thought.
