Hi Crackedback,
I appreciate your patience in waiting for me to get you these measurements. Here is what I found with no weight on the tire. I have some more work to do to get weight on the tire...:

Section width is about 13.4"
diameter is about 29.75 "
circumference is about 94"

I hope this helps. With any luck, I will have the axle narrowed, and the car sitting on the tires in the next month or so.
