Any Scare Bird / Cragar SS (small bolt pattern)

I wouldn't use a scarebird conversion for a 9" drum. Those knuckles are very weak. They are crazy thin up where they transition from the upper area where the ball joint connects to the part that goes down to the spindle.

Are you trying to keep a small bolt pattern? If so, I'd go to a 10" drum knuckle and use Stainless Steel Brakes disk conversion. I put one on a 68 Dart, and the small bolt pattern Cragar SS wheels fit fine.

If you'd like to switch to a large bolt pattern wheel, just swap over a 73-76 A Body disk setup. Parts are cheap, and wheel choice is unlimited.
