Concealed Carry Weapon

They did have an S&W airweight at the store I called today in 38 spl +P for a reasonable price. The new RUger LCR has a polymer frame and revised fire control mechanism. No hammer, DAO.

I'd prefer a under the shoulder (armpit holster) for the winter but don't know what I'm going to do for the summer without looking like I'm a miami vice reject. Ankle holsters seems far too difficult access in a stressful situation. I'm a jeans and t-shirt guy in the summer. Front slung fanny pack maybe? Seems pretty obvious, but that may be to my advantage anyway.... Photog vest?

I'd use an inside the belt pancake style but I prefer crossdraw as that's how I always carried my sidearm when hunting. It's a familarity thing.. I don't want to get confused in a life or death situation. Plus it affords some protection across my body. The only semi-auto I ever owned/used/shot was a Glock in 40 S&W. Great weapon and never failed to fire for me but bigger than the SP101.

Comon' guys, someones got to have a CCW here.
