yes, i will be relocating them under the framerails. i have also decided to cut down the housing to the proper width so i have a good offset for the tires. i am so excited! it's gonna be so much fun!

Well, I think you made the right choice. You'll be able to tuck those "big meats" right up inside the wheel wells. Again, good luck with the project. Post some photos of your progress.
 
i will. it may be a bit though, gotta schedule time in the lab to use the plasma for doing my cuts. this is going to be a very clean job.
 
Then don't chop it up..the reason i run 275/60 15 drag radials is because its the biggest tire i can get on my duster without cutting it up,car is way to clean/nice to be cutting up..and if your worried about traction no problem with the 275's they;re good enough to give me 60' in the 1.40's...
 
yeah, i'm starting to think it may be better to just do the offset shackles and go with the widest i can run with that.it would make more sense for this car.... it would have been cool to tub it though lol
