CAT Gear Drives

Ordered one off Ebag for the hemi. It didn't say it was offshore, but when I got it, it was packaged just like eveerything else from the land of the benevolent communist dictatorship. A gallon of cosmoline, cheap cardboard, no real instructional paperwork. The gears looked nice, but it was a cheap copy of the real dual-idler setup. the gears were not bushed on the axles, and the axles were retained by cheap-looking external circlips. The thrust button was REALLY cheap and was the reason I put it all back together in the box and then spent the next month trying to get the seller to take it back. they did. Long story short, it wasn't worth the gamble to put it in the Hemi. Sure I know the Eagle crank and rods were made there in Walmart's favorite sweatshop land, but they had a proven track record, and they looked and felt nice. The CAT stuff was junky looking. :violent1:
