440 stroker?

well i am debating between the 906's i have on the bench that will need new valves, springs, locks, retainers etc and the stealth heads from 440 source (either way i am on a budget). Compression has to be below 11:1 because this thing HAS to run on pump gas. I am only leaning to the stroker because i initially had plans to make this a low 11 second car but i mean everyone with a stroked small block seems to be making that with ease so im shooting for high 10's and figured maybe a stroker would be best. I saw in an old issue of MoparMuscle a stroked 440 in a Coronet made a 10.95 and am trying to build something comparable. the hardest part of this build is that i want to do this with 4.10's for the street, a convertor that stalls under 4000 and the cam, i want to keep it a hydraulic flat tappet not a solid or roller. I just think if i have to buy new rods and pistons i might as well just buy a stroker from 440 source or Hughes and get all that plus a crank because a stock stroke rotating assembly is damn near same price if not more expensive.
