Ok...another whats it worth....a "340" this time.

It's got the correct grille for a '70, and the dash cluster looks correct. The wheels are correct for the year. I'll go out on a limb here and say it's worth 3-4 grand as is without seeing it in person.
He probably wants more for it though......
