What should my dad's 1968 Convert weight? It is a 340, 904 8 3/4 car...... Stock interior. I am trying to get a good recommendation on a converter (my next post) and have no idea on the weight......

Thanks

I will go first and say the 1968 barracuda vert is 3080 with no gas in it.
Just a guess.:-k
But lets get a tec in here for a answer.

put it on a scale and let us know. I have one two and i am curios. I am in ohio and its not time to bring them out yet. my guess is 3175.

Well my 70 dart put in at 3330 lb with a full tank and a full size spare ralliey rim and tire in the trunk. I would think your car will be around that. The only way to know for sure is to put it on the scale though.

While we are on the subject of the 68/69 cudas, can someone tell me if these cars measure about the same or bigger or smaller as compared to a Duster, interior wise? (Is that a really lame question?) ALmost embarrassed to ask.

I am a big guy....6'3 and 275...I am falling for the look of this style of Cuda but wondering if it is a smaller car than I should be looking for....LOL.....Haven't seen one of these in person for a while and the memory is getting old.

Some of the Dusters I went to see have had buckets put in that seemed AWFULLY close to the steering wheel so a little tight for me...but I think that was an issue with how they were installed....bench seats were just fine....

Its funny...my fondest memories of these old Mopars were as a kid and I dont remember them being small cars...LOL

Thanks folks...
