Porting Fun
Well so far I have used the aussie gasket and it is a bit bigger than our stock, so my exhaust have a bit of a flare at the opening. My goal is to blend it as best as possible & try not to hit the water jacket. So far I am happy with the progress. I have used a 60 grinder and a steel deburring bit that has saved me tons of time. Gotta be careful not to stay in one place to long though. I will be ok as long as the exhaust matches the flare and no smaller. This will create a step and impede the flow. I dont have the intake so I'm going towait on those but i am in the polishing process of 3 of the ex ports. More pics later. Dean
