anyone ever put non Dodge seats in a Dart?

Yes, I've seen lots of late model seats in A-bodys. It is a running joke at the local performance shop. Anytime someone gets a car, everyone wants to know what seats were in there. My old '69 Swinger 340 car had a pair of '72 Vega buckets in it...I gave them to a guy for a '57 Chevy, and paid good money for a '69 bench seat. They look as bad in the Chevy as they did in the Dart. They would look good in a Camaro though. Usually the height is an issue...particularly under the legs in the front.
It was a big trend back in the old street machine days.
