/6 with headers???
This is my Barracuda before I swapped in the 360.
There was a tube coming off cylinder #3 header tube that mounted to the bottom of my Offy intake that acted as the heat riser. Even so on 20 degree days it would take 3 or 4 miles of feathering the throttle before the engine was warmed up.
Clifford used to sell a carb spacer that you could hook up to one of the heater hoses to help warm the intake. May be worth checking to see if they still sell it.
