I am thinking about taking the following in trade towards my 67 Big Block Corvette Convertible. The only problem is I can not find anywhere another like it to determine it's value. Can anyone here help? It is a 1967 Barracuda Convertible. It is equipped with a Formula S package and a 383/4 bbl, #'s matching engine, factory 4 speed transmission with a 8 3/4, 3.23 sure grip. Front disc brakes with dual exhaust, HD torsions bars and HD rear springs. Midnight blue poly metallic exterior with blue bucket seats with console and original factory shifter. New blue power convertible top with glass back window. D 70 x 14 red streak tires. It is a three owner car with only one re-paint over straight/original sheet metal. Rust free underside. Highly detailed engine bay. 54,832 actual miles. All the chrome and stainless outside the car is excellent. New seat covers and carpet. Original door panels and dash pad. Comes with complete owner history, Galen Gouvier decoding, broadcast sheet, owner's manual, and Chrysler registry letter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Everything I have read in Mopar literature states that the 383 was only available in the fastback in 67. Of course with Mopar, anything is possible, but I would check very close to make sure it is actually what they state it is.

Does anyone think this car would be worth $50,000?
Thanks

not worth $50k. Its rare and nicely optioned maybe $30k to the right person.

I agree with Adam , about 30K. You might try Hemmings, they may have a realistic value for you. Remember too - It`s not always what something`s worth ,it`s what some one will pay for it! Good luck.

I seen a mag road test of a 67 coupe 383 Cuda so I know they did but the 383 in the coupe but I never saw a vert. But that don't mean they didn't build some. I also agree about 30k is the value. Ron

A better question is what is the vette worth in dollars and cents,is it a matching numbers car,and what options? To me a big block vette with numbers matching is worth allot more than a 67 big block conv cuda.I would ask for the car and 25$grand to do the deal, mrmopartech

I've got the road test for the 67 Formula S coupe at home so they were available.

I also have the big Mopar book that says they were not available. That book has a lot of wrong in fo in it.

Sorry for any confussion. I was taking the Barracuda plus cash for my 67 Big Block Corvette convertible. It was not a straight up deal. Thanks to your input, I feel that $50,000 is too high and I have decided to take a 70 Challenger T/A plus cash for the Corvette instead. Thanks.

It's a really nice convertible! I'll trade my '65 Formula S for it? :)

Let's see your challenger dillong14, where is it!??
