Reason I figured Pittsburgh was that I kinda remembered that skyline when the company I worked with back in the 90s was using choppers to figure out where to put cell towers. We flew around for about 3 days mapping the highest areas and then went to the owners to negotiate for tower placement. Got chased out of a lot of places though. They didn't want them then.
