Door hinge pin removal tips?

The drill size might be 31/64. The repair bushings should be larger than OEM, meaning the upper hindge holes will need drilled also.
A flange on the bushing serves as a thrust washer as much as keeping the bushing in place. The lower hindge will need a little clearence cutting. If the flange is 1/16 thick you have 1/32 to remove at 4 surfaces. Yes all the material could be removed from 1 or 2 surfaces. I'm a stickler for details.
