Question About Layson's Restorations

Any one of us can have a bad experience with any company... if it happens repeatedly to many people, the company usually eventually dies. If the company tries hard to make a bad deal or a mistake right... then they deserve some lattitude IMO.
This is EXACTLY what needs to be said. Too many people purposely break their cars, and get all bent out of shape because parts aren't there instantly, and installing themselves.
I've never dealt with them, but I have no problem doing business with them in good faith, if they are attempting to address previous problems.
