Flex a lite has replacement ones. They have the copper core replacement ones for around 350. The Aluminum ones seem to be the best value, but unsure where they are made. I have not gotten that far.

Update: finally got "BOF" fired up today twice and ran it up to temp with no leaks and is holding at 185!!!! Thanks Guys!!!
